The utilization efficiency of energy resources is improved, and the average utilization rate of solid waste disposal in green industrial parks is over 95%

　　CCTV News:A few days ago, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced a new batch of green manufacturing list in 2022, which is the seventh batch of green manufacturing list announced by the state since the implementation of green manufacturing system selection. Up to now, China has basically established a green manufacturing system.

　　Up to now, China has established 3616 green factories, 267 green industrial parks and 403 green supply chain management enterprises at the national level, and promoted nearly 30,000 green products, and the green manufacturing system has been continuously cultivated and expanded.

　　Industry is an important field to achieve the goal of "double carbon". Starting from 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology selects the green manufacturing list from the national, provincial and municipal levels every year to accelerate the construction of the green manufacturing system.

　　Nowadays, green factories and green industrial parks are emerging one after another, which is supporting the fundamentals of green manufacturing in China. Entering this green factory in Hefei, Anhui Province, on average, more than 8,000 orders are processed here every day, and 80% of the orders are customized with less than 5 sets. Different configurations require frequent replacement of production lines, but the reporter saw at the scene that the energy consumption of the whole factory has not improved, but has also dropped significantly.

　　In this green industrial park in Chengdu, Sichuan, more than 10,000 sensors all over the park are monitoring the energy consumption and emission indicators in every corner in real time. On this production line, every product produced can check the "carbon footprint". At present, the green and low-carbon industries in the park reach nearly 90%, and the proportion of green electricity exceeds 70%.

　　Since the beginning of this year, the utilization efficiency of China’s energy resources has been continuously improved. At present, the energy consumption level of green factories is better than the benchmark level of energy efficiency, and the average utilization rate of solid waste disposal in green industrial parks exceeds 95%.

　　The green supply capacity has been significantly enhanced. In the first quarter of this year, the output of solar cells and new energy vehicles in China increased by 53.2% and 22.5% respectively.

　　The adjustment of industrial structure has achieved remarkable results. In the first quarter of this year, China’s investment in high-tech industries increased by 16% year-on-year, and advanced manufacturing industries continued to grow and develop. The construction of green manufacturing system is driving the coordinated transformation of industrial chain and supply chain, adding new impetus to the high-quality development of China’s economy.
