Chapter One: The Founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and His Contribution to the Great Revolution.

First, the historical task of the modern Chinese nation and the Revolution of 1911

The Communist Party of China (CPC) was born in the 1920s, which was the inevitable result of the development of modern China society and people’s revolutionary struggle.

China is an ancient civilization with a history of thousands of years. The Chinese nation, with its diligence and wisdom, once created a splendid material civilization and spiritual civilization that dominated the world. However, when some countries in Europe and America started to establish advanced capitalist mode of production in the mid-17th century and started the industrial revolution in the 1960s, the rulers of the last feudal dynasty in China, the Qing Dynasty, blindly prided themselves on the "prosperous times" of the central empire, closed themselves off, refused to expand contacts with foreign countries, and were still intoxicated with the glory of the past. In fact, the European and American countries, whose original civilization was behind China, have already run far ahead of China.

Prosperity already contains decline, and backwardness will be beaten. By the middle of the 19th century, Britain, eager to expand outward, opened the door of the Qing Dynasty, a feudal autocratic empire, to the outside world with opium and gunboats. The development of China society was interrupted by sudden external factors.

Prior to this, the development of commodity economy in China feudal society had bred the seeds of capitalism. Without the influence of foreign capitalism, China would slowly develop into a capitalist society. After the Opium War in 1840, the invasion of foreign capitalism stimulated this development, which greatly decomposed the social economy of China. On the one hand, it destroyed the foundation of China’s self-sufficient natural economy; On the one hand, it promotes the development of urban and rural commodity economy in China and creates some objective conditions and possibilities for the development of capitalism.

This situation has brought two major changes to China society.

Due to the stimulation of foreign capitalism and the destruction of China’s feudal economic structure, in the second half of the 19th century, some businessmen, landlords and bureaucrats invested in new industries, and China’s capitalism grew and developed initially. Although the development of capitalism in China promoted the disintegration of feudal society, at the same time, the feudal exploitation system not only remained, but also combined with the exploitation of comprador capital and usury capital, which occupied obvious advantages in social and economic life. Therefore, the development of capitalism has not turned feudal China into capitalist China, but into a semi-feudal society. This is a change in one aspect.

Another change is that foreign capitalism colluded with feudal forces in China to oppress the development of capitalism in China. The purpose of foreign invaders is not to develop China’s national capital, but to seek a broader market, plunder more resources and grab more lucrative profits. To this end, foreign powers used military, political, economic and cultural oppression against China. Although China still maintains the form of an independent country in its foreign relations, it has actually been included in the unequal treaty system, and the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country have been seriously damaged, and the Qing government has become a "foreigner’s court". This situation has gradually turned China into a semi-colonial country.

The above-mentioned major changes have transformed China from an independent feudal country into a semi-colonial and semi-feudal country, and the Chinese nation has been reduced to a situation of deep suffering and extreme humiliation. The joint oppression of foreign capital-imperialism and domestic feudalism has seriously hindered China’s social development and political progress, and has become the source of national disaster and people’s suffering.

In this way, the Chinese nation faces two major historical tasks: one is to seek national independence and people’s liberation; One is to achieve national prosperity and the common prosperity of the people. Of these two tasks, the former clears the obstacles and creates the necessary premise for the latter. Therefore, how to oppose the invasion of foreign powers, get rid of feudal autocracy, change the poverty and backwardness of the country, and solve the problems of independence, freedom, democracy, unity and prosperity have become the main problems faced by semi-colonial and semi-feudal China.

The harsh reality has aroused the Chinese nation’s solidarity. The process of combining foreign capital-imperialism with feudalism in China and transforming China into a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society is also the process of Chinese people resisting imperialism and its lackeys. Since the Opium War, the people’s resistance in China has never stopped. However, all previous wars against foreign aggression, the peasant war in the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, the Reform Movement of 1898, which advocated patriotism and reform, and the Boxer Movement, which called for "helping the Qing Dynasty and destroying the foreign countries", failed again and again.

Chinese entered the 20th century with the national humiliation that Britain, the United States, Germany, France, Russia, Japan, Italy and Austria occupied the capital Beijing. At that time, what was presented to the Chinese nation was a tragic prospect on the verge of destruction. After all kinds of unsuccessful resistance, the people of China revolted again.

The original revolutionary leader of China in the 20th century was a new national bourgeoisie. With the initial development of capitalist modern industry, the new social forces in China society-the proletariat and the national bourgeoisie-also grew up initially, thus causing new changes in class relations. However, because the proletariat did not realize its historical mission at this time, some struggles it participated in were still under the influence of the national bourgeoisie.

After the initial development of the national bourgeoisie and its entry into the political arena, China’s anti-imperialist and anti-feudal bourgeois national democratic revolution took on a new look. In 1905, Sun Yat-sen, the great forerunner of the democratic revolution, initiated the establishment of the League, put forward a political program aimed at establishing a bourgeois democratic republic in essence, and tried to realize this program by revolutionary means.

In October 1911, the Revolution of 1911 broke out. On New Year’s Day in 1912, the Republic of China was proclaimed. The Revolution of 1911 overthrew the Qing Dynasty and put an end to the feudal autocracy that ruled China for thousands of years. Since then, the concept of a democratic republic has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts. The Revolution of 1911 initiated a more complete modern national democratic revolution, opened the floodgates of social progress, promoted people’s ideological emancipation, and paved the way for the development of revolutionary struggle, especially for the new-democratic revolution led by the Communist Party of China (CPC). In this sense, the success of the Revolution of 1911 was enormous. It was the first great historical change that the people of China experienced on their way forward in the 20th century. Sun Yat-sen became a great figure who stood in the forefront of the times in the early 20th century because of leading this revolution.

However, the Revolution of 1911 did not have a complete and thorough anti-imperialist and anti-feudal political program, and did not form a strong revolutionary party that could lead the revolution successfully. The fundamental reason is that the national bourgeoisie in China, which led the revolution, has great weakness in politics and economy. It is inextricably linked with imperialist and feudal forces, but it is seriously divorced from the working people at the lower level, who account for the largest population in China, and is afraid to mobilize them. In this way, the bourgeois revolutionaries have no strength, let alone courage, to carry out the revolutionary struggle against imperialism and feudalism to the end.

The Revolution of 1911 ended in a compromise with the old reactionary forces, and the fruits of the revolution fell into the hands of Beiyang warlords headed by Yuan Shikai. The influence of imperialism in China has not been weakened, and the feudal forces are still intertwined in every corner of China. Neither of the two historical tasks facing the Chinese nation has been solved, and the people of China still live in the abyss of poverty, backwardness, division, turmoil and chaos. In this sense, the Revolution of 1911 failed again. Its failure has deeply inspired the advanced elements in China, and made them gradually realize that they must explore new ways to save the country and the people.

AFP visits social platform SoulApp: 9.1% of young people choose AI virtual people to end loneliness.

Yin Shunshun, head of the big model technology of Soul App, an interest social platform, mentioned in an interview with AFP earlier: "9.1% of young people in China will regard AI socializing or virtual people as an important option to provide emotional value when they are lonely, or to end loneliness".

It is reported that nearly 80% of Soul’s monthly users are Z-generation young people. Soul’s virtual partner "AI Gou Dan" has been well received by users since its launch. Yin Shunshun added that users will send more than 70 messages to Goudan every day on average, and the average interaction time is more than 30 minutes. In addition, AI will often update the moments of related topics, interact with users, and receive praises, comments and forwards from a large number of users.

For young users, AI is like a "social cow" who is resourceful and responsive. In addition to setting the gender, age and hobbies of Goudan, users can also create a personal design for it, making it their own exclusive and unique virtual partner.

Yin Shunshun pointed out that it is better to "domesticate" AI than to train it. This is very similar to the "domestication" relationship in the fairy tale "The Little Prince". In the book, the little fox said to the little prince, "please tame me." In essence, "domestication" is a process of establishing emotional connection through companionship. The same is true for AI. Every message that users send to AI Gou Egg can enhance its understanding of users’ needs. The more they talk, the stronger their personalization.

First, AI Goudan’s "social cow" interaction ability

It is understood that AI Goudan currently shows the ability of integration in personification, knowledge, multimodal and time perception.

For example, when a user sends a picture of a dinner party to AI Goudan, it will "guess" that it is a birthday dinner based on time perception and accurate picture recognition, and send a blessing after being confirmed by the user. At the same time, AI Goudan can accurately identify the crayfish in the picture and extend the topic of how to cook crayfish with users.

This ability is also expanding. It will analyze and deconstruct the content shared by Soul users, share topics and contents that the other party may be interested in, and chat with users enthusiastically. It will also comment on the content sent by users, which is an unexpected surprise for users who pay attention to it. Not only that, AI Goudan can also precipitate memories and build a virtual partner with user-specific memories based on the historical chat content with users.

Soul has publicly stated that the technology that AI relies on is the self-developed SoulX model. At present, SoulX has the capabilities of prompt-driven, conditional controllable generation, context understanding and multimodal understanding.

While ensuring smooth, natural and emotional dialogue, SoulX also covers hundreds of fine-grained risk categories, and builds a security system by training strategies such as data security screening, security SFT data construction, RLHF security alignment, and inference interception, which ensures the quality and security of content production of large models.

Second, AI’s social skills are constantly iteratively upgraded based on public domain scenarios.

Soul itself is an interest social platform, which has the dual attributes of "social+community"; AI relies on social and community content scenarios to iterate and upgrade data and provide users with related functions and services.

People who have played Soul will find that the public domain functions on the platform, such as "content square (similar to WeChat friends circle)" and "group chat party (similar to clubhouse voice group chat)", have now formed a small community with unique culture and temperament based on the product "social interest" positioning.

Because of the "decentralized" mechanism of Soul, ordinary people’s small emotions and ideas can be quickly responded in the community. One-to-one "community" interaction creates the possibility for further and more diversified "socialization".

As a social platform that laid out AI earlier and was loved by young people, Soul is an important platform for the younger generation to contact and experience AIGC. In order to create a better community space, Soul uses artificial intelligence technology to create products and functions such as "AI Goudan", "AI Painting" and "Soul Sub-singer". Novel and interesting functions are always shared by users after experience, which also accelerates the active community atmosphere of Soul.

It is these contents that "domesticate" AI. In a number of community public domain functions, AI Goudan can learn the language of young users for iterative upgrading, and gradually domesticate AI Goudan into a virtual "person" with emotional interaction function.

Third, human-computer interaction has become the social key for young people.

At the end of 2023, Just So Soul, a content research institute under Soul, included "human-computer interaction" in the social keywords of the 2024 Social Trends Insight Report.

According to the report, contemporary young people have an average of two friends who talk about everything, 24% of them say that they have no friends who can talk about everything, and they are "a lone ranger", and 15% of them only have one close friend. Loneliness is still the main problem that plagues young people. 64.5% of young people "feel lonely" from time to time this year, and 33.56% of them feel lonely at many times.

When lonely, besides friends in the real world, young people are seeking the companionship brought by "virtual people and virtual idols". According to the survey data of Soul, 95% of young people hold a neutral attitude towards AIGC, and the three key factors for everyone to recognize AIGC are high entertainment interest, making life more convenient and improving work efficiency.

The application of AIGC in content generation has successfully mobilized the enthusiasm of young users in exploring social interests, and made Soul’s community not only a virtual world, but also an ecosystem that allows users to participate, interact and create content.

When "human-computer interaction" is accepted by more and more people, everyone’s social boundaries are constantly expanding. Yin Shunshun pointed out that in the future, people’s social relations must be the coexistence of acquaintance socialization, stranger socialization and virtual socialization, and virtual socialization will also be a powerful supplement to social relations. Virtual partners never want to take people for themselves. When AI talks with introverted users, it will encourage such users to go out (in their own way) and explore the wider world.

Yin Shunshun said that AI Goudan is actively upgrading, and it may be upgraded to more social scenes such as voice rooms in the future to play the role of atmosphere group or warming agent to improve social efficiency and quality. "Soul’s vision is that there will be no lonely people in the world, and I believe that through AI technology, more partners can be made — — Virtual partners including AI technology — — Build a diverse social relationship together. Yin Shunshun said.

Six departments jointly issued a document to empower universities and research institutes.

Zhang Guohua, a young teacher in a university in southwest China, has a headache in the preparatory work before applying for provincial, municipal and national projects every year, especially in the budget declaration.

The "Several Opinions on Expanding the Autonomy of Scientific Research in Universities and Research Institutes" jointly issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education recently made Zhang Guohua very excited, especially "‘ Milestone ’ Type management and ‘ Contract system ’ The implementation will further loosen the front-line researchers. "

Focus on national strategy and empower "key minority"

Colleges and universities are an important part of the national innovation system, which play a unique role in basic research, personnel training, discipline construction and frontier exploration, and are the strategic scientific research force of national basic research.

"In recent years, Lanzhou University has served as ‘ Expand the autonomy of universities and research institutes, and give innovative leading talents greater control over property and technical route decision-making power ’ ‘ Extraction of incentive funds from stable support for scientific research funds ’ The pilot units have continuously improved the relevant scientific research management system, stimulated the innovation vitality of scientific researchers, and achieved remarkable results. " Xu Pengfei, assistant president of Lanzhou University and executive director of the Institute of Science and Technology Development, said.

In Xu Pengfei’s view, a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is booming, and the international competition between basic research and frontier research is becoming increasingly fierce. In the new historical period and new situation, in order to strengthen the "from 0 to 1" basic research, university researchers should aim at major original basic frontier scientific problems and "stuck neck" key core technical scientific problems, carry out collaborative innovation and continuous research, work hard on originality and uniqueness, and comprehensively enhance the original innovation ability.

Hou Zhijun, director of the school office of China Geo University (Wuhan), said that the Opinions allow the person in charge of the national scientific research project to adjust the research scheme and technical route independently according to relevant regulations, organize the scientific research team independently, and treat the local talents and overseas talents equally. The distribution of performance pay should be tilted towards key innovative positions, researchers who have made outstanding contributions, outstanding young talents and other groups, giving innovative leading talents greater scientific research autonomy, which will greatly enhance the sense of acquisition of scientific researchers.

According to Sun Nan, vice president of the Research Institute of Northwest A&F University, colleges and universities, as an important force of scientific and technological innovation, should give full play to their own disciplinary advantages, actively integrate into the national mission, combine scientific research planning, scientific research tasks and national needs, undertake major national scientific research tasks for the main battlefield of the national economy, play the role of the source of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities, produce original results, and contribute to solving the problem of "sticking the neck".

Focus on long-term "pain points" and further loosen the shackles for scientific researchers.

In recent years, China has continued to deepen the reform in the management of science and technology projects and funds, and the autonomy of scientific research personnel in project management and the use of project funds has continued to expand, which has achieved great results. However, in terms of policy implementation, universities and research institutes still face many practical obstacles.

"Expanding the autonomy of personnel has the greatest impact on our team and is also our biggest pain point at present." Zhu Guoqiang, a professor at the College of Veterinary Medicine of Yangzhou University, said that after the personnel management reform, researchers can be liberated from trivial work, and self-employment and preferential treatment can also make young researchers feel at ease.

"The Opinions proposes to strengthen the training of doctoral students and high-level talents. I especially hope to increase the protection in the recruitment, introduction and training of postdoctoral researchers." Zhu Guoqiang said that the development of postdoctoral individual scientific research business, the potential of engaging in high-level research and the expansion of high-quality scientific research teachers play an important role in the development of the discipline. For these young people, it is necessary to improve their treatment through appropriate measures, so that they can devote themselves wholeheartedly to scientific research.

In terms of optimizing the scientific research management system, the Opinions put forward the implementation of "milestone" management during the project implementation, which made many scientific researchers feel excited.

"Implement ‘ Milestone ’ Management, simplify process management, reduce all kinds of process evaluation, inspection, spot check, audit and other work. Integrate the work of science and technology management and the link of material submission, realize multi-purpose of one form, effectively reduce the burden of scientific research personnel, and liberate scientific research ‘ Cousin ’ ‘ Cousin ’ 。” Hou Zhijun said that the implementation of the "contract responsibility system" has improved the procurement management of equipment and consumables for scientific research. For equipment and consumables urgently needed for scientific research, the procurement mechanism of special handling and on-call handling can be adopted, so that the bidding process can be avoided and the funded equipment can serve people, not artificially funded equipment.

Based on systematicness and wholeness, it emphasizes "landing"

The introduction of the policy is only the beginning, and the key lies in implementation. The "Opinions" clearly stated that the departments of science and technology and education should improve the supporting system in a timely manner with relevant departments such as organization, institutional establishment, development and reform, finance, human resources and social security.

"The Opinions focus not only on a specific field of scientific and technological system reform, but also on the systematicness, integrity and coordination of scientific and technological innovation policies, and put forward 14 specific reform measures from four aspects, which made a good response to the long-standing pain points of scientific research management, effectively linked the previous scientific and technological reform policies, and highlighted the implementation of the policies, reflecting the sincerity and determination of the Chinese government to reduce the burden, empower and empower researchers through decentralization." Hou Zhijun said.

According to Han Xiaoning, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Journalism, Renmin University of China, the implementation of scientific research autonomy needs to improve the supporting system, and any small part of it may not be fully implemented.

Han Xiaoning said that to implement the expansion of scientific research autonomy, more specific implementation rules are needed, such as clarifying who will take the lead and how to establish a linkage mechanism including scientific research project management, personnel management and financial management.

"In terms of specific implementation, we must also emphasize the equivalence of powers and responsibilities, strengthen internal process control, and improve the risk assessment mechanism." Hou Zhijun said that in terms of performance, a lifelong accountability system for performance should be implemented. At the same time, improve the scientific research credit system, while emphasizing decentralization and burden reduction, pay attention to the balance of policies, and make a series of arrangements in effectively regulating the operation of autonomy to ensure that autonomy can be accepted, used well and without accidents.

Sun Nan believes that in the process of implementing the Opinions, universities and research institutes should further emancipate their minds, change their concepts and make full use of policies. "Management autonomy often involves many departments, such as people, property and so on. It is necessary to strengthen overall coordination within the school, and multiple departments should keep pace in order to truly implement it. Therefore, we should pay attention to optimizing management details and releasing vitality from system regulations and work processes." Sun Nan said. Fushun "non-legacy"

  Amber carving skill

Amber is a resin dripping from coniferous plants 99-45 million years ago, buried underground for thousands of years, and fossilized under the action of pressure and heat, so it is also called "turpentine fossil", which is mostly mixed in coal seams. Amber is an organic gem, which is an organic compound composed of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and a small amount of sulfur. Its refractive index is 1.54, and its hardness is 2 ~ 3. It is easy to process and make various craft sculptures. Fushun West Open-pit Mine is an important amber producing area in the world, and it is also the main amber producing area of gem grade and insect amber in China. Fushun amber is famous for its rich and low-key colors, bright and soft luster and delicate and moist texture, and it is a more precious amber variety in the world.

Amber carving can be divided into three types: round carving, relief carving and through carving, and round carving is tetrahedron. The relief is a trihedron, which is a plane sculpture. Through carving is hollowing out its background on the basis of relief.

The technological process of amber carving is divided into several steps, such as material picking, material selection, skin cutting, modeling, waste breaking, corner ramming, shoveling, knife cutting, fine grabbing, polishing, drilling, hole rubbing, grinding, bead piercing, painting, inlaying, polishing and cleaning.

Fushun amber carving has always followed the traditional manual craftsmanship and has a history of more than 100 years. With wisdom and hands, amber artists have carved a variety of amber handicrafts with relatively primitive processing tools without using any mechanical equipment, which has distinct regional characteristics. Large-scale works such as Globe and Screen once placed in Liaoning Hall of the Great Hall of the People are Fushun amber mosaic works. In 2014, Fushun amber carving technique was announced as a national intangible cultural heritage.

  Fine coal carving technique

Coal concentrate, also known as coal jade. Compared with ordinary coal, coal concentrate is light, tough, compact, dark and shiny. Under the microscope, some particles can be seen with clear essential cell structure, and even tree ring lines can be distinguished. Because it is mixed in the middle of ordinary coal seams, it is called "the essence of coal" and is one of the special raw materials for carving technology in China. Fushun has rich coal concentrate mineral resources and a long and exquisite coal concentrate carving skill inheritance. Fushun fine coal carving has always been made by traditional manual techniques. Cutting, shoveling, walking, grabbing, grinding, throwing, rolling, chopping, planing, drilling and rubbing are the unique techniques and processes of Fushun fine coal carving. In 2008, Fushun fine coal carving technique was announced as a national intangible cultural heritage.

  Xinbin Manchu paper-cut

Xinbin Manchu paper-cut is a kind of folk art that integrates cutting, speaking and singing. It combines Manchu paper-cutting, Manchu folk songs and Manchu stories, and cuts out works by singing and telling. Xinbin Manchu paper-cutting techniques are diverse, including single paper scissors, double paper scissors, three-dimensional combination scissors, color splicing scissors, Song Ming smoked scissors, huotou burning scissors and hanging thread animation scissors. The materials used are also quite special, such as paper, cloth, silk, leather, fish skin, linen, birch bark, leaves, red pepper and so on, which can all be the carriers for paper-cut artists to express their inspiration. Sometimes artists also use cigarette butts, incense sticks or charcoal flexibly according to the needs of the picture to burn points and lines to enhance the expressive force of their works. In 2008, Xinbin Manchu paper-cut was announced as a national intangible cultural heritage project, and in 2009, it was listed in the List of Representative Works of Human Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.

Some sick people can’t be underestimated! Beware of these infectious diseases in the school season →

The school season is coming and the children will return to school. It should be noted that autumn is the season of high incidence of infectious diseases, and some children have poor resistance and are particularly prone to get sick when they start school. What infectious diseases are prone to high incidence in the school season? How to prevent it?

Diarrhea in autumn is mostly caused by rotavirus infection.

Diarrhea in autumn is highly contagious, mostly caused by rotavirus infection, which is usually transmitted through fecal-oral route or respiratory tract. The incubation period is 2-3 days, which is often accompanied by cold symptoms at the beginning, and most children will have fever, followed by vomiting and diarrhea. Diarrhea in autumn usually lasts for 3 to 9 days, and the symptoms are the most serious in the first 3 days. Generally, it can heal itself in 5 to 7 days after onset. However, if you find that your child has obvious symptoms of diarrhea, it is recommended to go to the hospital immediately.

Tian Geng, Infectious Diseases Branch of Beijing Medical Association:We mainly adopt hand hygiene, and in addition, we should thoroughly disinfect the environment polluted by viruses in our diet, such as children’s toys, scratching doorknobs and so on. Another is that we don’t have specific drugs for this virus now. Clinically, it is mainly symptomatic treatment, but don’t abuse antibiotics, because antibiotics are mainly aimed at bacterial infections. Another is that we vaccinate high-risk children or teenagers, because this disease is more common in children and less common in adults, so these teenagers on campus are prone to infection.

Hand, foot and mouth disease is too high to be underestimated.

Hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) is a common infectious disease in children caused by various enteroviruses, which is common in preschool children. Hand, foot and mouth disease can occur all year round, with the highest incidence in summer and autumn.

Hand, foot and mouth disease is characterized by sore mouth, small herpes or small ulcer in hands, feet and mouth, which may be accompanied by fever, and most symptoms are not serious. The disease is often caused by enterovirus, which is contagious. It is mainly transmitted through the digestive tract such as fecal-oral route, and respiratory tract and close contact can also cause transmission. The disease usually recovered within one week, and there was no specific antiviral drug. When children have hand, foot and mouth disease, they should be isolated at home, and the living environment should be disinfected in time to avoid cross-infection; Rinse your mouth with normal saline or warm water before and after eating, and it is advisable to use liquid and semi-liquid foods as non-irritating foods; Keep local skin clean to avoid secondary skin infection caused by scratching rash; At the same time, we should observe the changes of the condition, and seek medical advice as soon as possible if there are symptoms such as convulsions and drowsiness.

Tian Geng, Infectious Diseases Branch of Beijing Medical Association:Because hand, foot and mouth disease is also caused by enterovirus, but enterovirus is Coxsackie virus, which has many serotypes, so it doesn’t mean that you get hand, foot and mouth disease once, and you will never get hand, foot and mouth disease again. Therefore, in this case, we should advocate prevention, because it is an infectious disease in the digestive tract after all. For children with low immunity, it is also very helpful to vaccinate the relevant hand, foot and mouth disease vaccine to prevent it from developing into a serious disease.

  Norovirus infection needs timely hydration.

With the coming of the school season, many disease control departments reminded that acute infectious diarrhea caused by norovirus has entered the peak period. What is norovirus? What should we do if we are infected with norovirus? Listen to the experts ↓

Norovirus is a virus widely existing in nature. Moreover, it has the characteristics that the whole population is generally susceptible, and people of all ages may be infected. The virus can easily cause many people to concentrate on the disease in a short time in nurseries, kindergartens and other places. Norovirus infection is generally mild, the most common symptoms are vomiting and diarrhea, followed by nausea, abdominal pain, headache, fever, chills and muscle aches. Among them, children mainly vomit, and adults mostly have diarrhea. Norovirus infection leads to acute illness, which is a self-limiting disease. Most patients do not need treatment after onset, so they should replenish the water consumed during vomiting and diarrhea in time and rest for 2 to 3 days to recover. A few patients need to see a doctor in time because of serious symptoms of vomiting or diarrhea.

Tian Geng, Infectious Diseases Branch of Beijing Medical Association:Norovirus is also a digestive tract virus, which is also transmitted through fecal-oral route. The incubation period is generally 24 to 48 hours, and the clinical course is generally a self-limited process of two or three days. That is to say, we are symptomatic, such as nausea and vomiting, don’t dehydrate, replenish water and electrolyte. To prevent norovirus, one is our hand hygiene, and the other is to disinfect with chlorine-containing disinfectant in time if there is vomit.

  Allergic rhinitis needs timely treatment.

According to statistics, the prevalence of allergic diseases in China has been on the rise in recent years. Take allergic rhinitis as an example. At present, the number of patients in China exceeds 200 million. Experts remind that autumn is the high incidence period of asthma and allergic rhinitis, which is generally caused by allergens. This is a common disease that seriously harms children’s health and must be highly valued.

Allergic rhinitis, also known as allergic rhinitis, is a common disease, which is mainly caused by the overreaction of individuals to specific allergens (also known as allergens) in the environment. These allergens can be pollen, dust, pet dander, mold spores, dust mites, food or drugs. The main symptoms of allergic rhinitis include stuffy nose, runny nose, itchy nose, sneezing, headache and itchy eyes. Many people think that allergic rhinitis attacks for a period of time, and forbearance will pass. In fact, this is a misunderstanding.

Peng Xiaolin, Professional Committee of Otolaryngology, China Association of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine:If allergic rhinitis is not treated in a standardized way for a long time, it will often bring some secondary diseases. For example, otitis media, sinusitis, nasal polyps, and sleep apnea syndrome are some of its secondary diseases. In addition, allergic rhinitis has some accompanying diseases, such as allergic conjunctivitis, asthma and so on. According to statistics, about 40% of allergic rhinitis is accompanied by asthma. It is worth noting that the incidence of asthma in minors is often higher than that in adults.

According to experts, allergic diseases can occur all the year round or seasonally. Therefore, it is very important to control the disease and actively treat it.

Peng Xiaolin, Professional Committee of Otolaryngology, China Association of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine:Look for your own allergen and try to avoid contact with it. However, there are often some people who can’t identify their allergens, so standardized medication is needed. This kind of standardized medication, I suggest that you can’t fish for three days and dry the net for two days to treat it, but you should adhere to the medication in a standardized and effective manner during your allergic period.

"Hua Qiangu" is on fire, and the biggest winner is not Zhao Liying but him!

On the evening of September 7, the domestic costume fantasy fairy drama "Hua Qiangu" finally broadcast the finale. Although the ending was edited to pieces, it still did not affect its ratings. The star Zhao Liying also went from an unknown actor to a star with millions of fans.

But who is the biggest winner of "Hua Qiangu"? The answer may be the producer.

The next three years will be very stressful

Recently, with the targeted issuance of new shares by Hexin Shares (002343) officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Ciwen Media, the producer of "Hua Qiangu", will also run towards the end of the backdoor listing.

In December last year, Hexin shares issued the "Major Asset Replacement and Issuance of Shares to Purchase Assets and Related Transactions Report (Draft) ", which intends to obtain 100% equity of Ciwen Media through three links: major asset replacement, issuance of shares to purchase assets, and asset transfer. Ciwen Media priced 2.407 billion yuan. Then the matter was officially approved in July this year.

On the evening of September 13, Hexin shares issued an announcement announcing the implementation of major asset replacement and the issuance of shares to purchase assets. Hexin shares intend to place assets at a price of 1.012 billion yuan, the price of the assets to be placed 2.407 billion yuan, and the difference of 1.395 billion yuan will be purchased by the company’s issued shares. The issue price is 8.56 yuan/share, and a total of 116.39 million shares will be issued. The assets will be sold to the main promoter shareholders of Hexin shares, and the transferee will pay 40 million shares of Hexin shares as consideration.

After the transaction is completed, Ma Zhongjun, chairperson of Ciwen Media, and his co-ordinated actors will become the controlling shareholder and actual controller of Hexin shares.

"This also means that the pressure on them in the next three years will be equally huge," Wang Lu, a longtime film and television producer, said in an interview with China Business News.

According to the report, Ma Zhongjun and other five counterparties to the transaction were completed and became the actual controllers of the listed company and their concerted actors. They subscribed for the non-public offering of Hexin shares in this major asset restructuring and did not transfer the new shares within 36 months from the date of listing; Wei Lili and other nine counterparties to the transaction, as the management or backbone employees of Ciwen Media, did not transfer their shares in this issue within 12 months from the date of listing of the new shares. After the performance commitments in 2014 and 2015 reached the agreed amount of the "Profit Forecast Compensation Agreement" and the "Supplementary Agreement on the" Profit Forecast Compensation Agreement ", the cumulative lifting of the sales restriction was 25%. The performance commitments in 2016 reached the agreed amount of the" Profit Forecast Compensation Agreement "and the" Supplementary Agreement on the "Profit Forecast Compensation Agreement" After that, the sales restriction was lifted by a total of 60%, and the 2017 performance commitment reached the amount stipulated in the "Profit Forecast Compensation Agreement" and the "Supplementary Agreement on the" Profit Forecast Compensation Agreement ", and the sales restriction was lifted by a total of 100%.

Ciwen Media promised that the net profit attributable to the parent company in the consolidated statements of Hexin shares in 2015-2018 was not less than 195 million yuan, 250 million yuan, 310 million yuan and 330 million yuan respectively, but Ciwen Media’s net profit in 2013 was only 71.368 million yuan. In 2014, the net profit of "Hua Qiangu" increased to 120 million yuan.

Is there a "Hua Qiangu" every year?

The annual growth rate of around 50% means that Ciwen Media will produce at least one more drama "Hua Qiangu" every year, but is it easy?

When it comes to Ciwen Media, many people believe that "Hua Qiangu" made the company popular overnight, but this is not the case.

Ciwen Media is one of the first private film and television companies in China to be granted a TV drama production and operation license (Type A). The founder Ma Zhongjun has a certain influence in the film and television drama circle because of his typical cultural businessperson image.

Since the 1970s, Ma Zhongjun has been known as a pioneer of Chinese experimental drama for his pioneering drama script "Hot Flow Outside the House", and then "Red Dress on the Street", "Red Room, White Room, Black Room" and the movie script "Beach" have risen to the literary world.

In the early 1990s, Ma Zhongjun got involved in the field of film and television production. So far, he has produced and produced nearly 100 films and television dramas of various types. Ma Zhongjun is behind the high-quality TV dramas such as "The Legend of the Condor Hero", "The Condor Hero", "Seven Swords Under Tianshan".

Ma Zhongjun founded the Ciwen film distribution company in 2008 and participated in the production of a number of excellent films, such as the film "Iron Triangle" directed by Tsui Hark, Qifeng To, and Lin Lingdong, the film "Tough Guy" directed by Ding Sheng, and the film "Agent Zero Dog" directed by Wang Jing.

"Ciwen is going to be an all-media content provider," Ma Zhongjun said in an interview with this reporter.

At that time, he began to try integrated marketing from "Journey to the West". This was not the traditional understanding of eating more than one dish, but a unified rhythm at the time of launch, which was done according to the overall plan to improve the strength, influence and brand extension of the entire product.

"So we have animation, we have movies, we have TV, we have new media content because they are not decentralized but collective and integrated, which is what we want in our corporate structure," Mr. Ma said.

This is why "Hua Qiangu" not only sells TV series copyrights to traditional platforms, but also develops multiple industrial chains such as movies and derivatives, thus stimulating the maximum value of IP.

And if the company wants to fulfill its promise, in addition to "Hua Qiangu" constantly generating new revenue, it needs more effort to create film and television dramas such as "Nezha" and "Western Medicine Empire".

Show you the Chery Tiggo 8 PRO: the appearance is very fashionable, medium-sized SUV, three sets of power.

Chery has a variety of SUVs on sale, among which the Tiggo 8 series has a high popularity. A few days ago, we learned that Chery Tiggo 8 series will add a new car-Tiggo 8 PRO, which will be officially listed on May 18th. The design style of the new car has changed, the interior style is more simple, and the power provides three options: 1.6T, 2.0T and Kunpeng DHT hybrid. It is understood that it will focus on young consumers. So, is this new car worth starting with? Let’s take a look at it together.

In terms of appearance and style, the whole vehicle continues to adopt the 8 family-style design of Tiggo, but some adjustments have been made in the front face. The front face adopts an air intake grille resembling the X shape, and the internal style is dot matrix with a little gradual effect, which will have a certain visual impact from a distance. Headlights are connected with chrome-plated decorations on both sides of the logo, and fog lamp areas on both sides of the grille are recessed inward, and black decorations are added.

The body shape still retains the overall style of Tiggo 8, and chrome-plated decorative strips are added in many places of the body. With the embellishment of the waistline, the whole body looks more layered. The wheel hub is available in R18 and R19 sizes, and the latter looks more harmonious with the larger body.

At the rear of the car, the popular through taillight group design is adopted, and the light source style is solid line and dot matrix collocation design. The light source is simple, but the recognition is high. The bottom adopts a bilateral four-outlet exhaust layout, and the lower enclosure is decorated with silver, which is thicker in style.

The interior of Chery Tiggo 8 PRO adopts a simple design, and the full LCD instrument and the central control panel are integrated, both of which are 12.3 inches in size. There is a touch button under the air outlet, but whether the light display will reflect light remains to be measured later. The three-position multi-function steering wheel also adopts a flat-bottom design. There are many function buttons and knobs on both sides of the low gear handle, and the car is also equipped with ambient lights.

In terms of size, the length, width and height of the car are 4745/1860/1745mm and the wheelbase is 2710 mm. Next, let’s take a look at the spatial performance of the new car. The height of the experiencer is 178cm. When the front seat is adjusted to the minimum, there is still 1 punch and 3 fingers in the head space, which is relatively rich. Here in the back row, there is still about 1 punch in the head space, mainly because the top of the back row is hollowed out, so the head space is more abundant, and there are 2 punches left in the legs. Although this car is a medium-sized SUV, the head space performance is relatively good, but the leg space is slightly insufficient.

The new Tiggo 8 PRO fuel version is equipped with 1.6T and 2.0T turbocharged engines respectively, with a maximum power of 145kW and a maximum torque of 290n m.. The latter has a maximum power of 187kW and a maximum torque of 390 N m.. The high-profile models also provide a four-wheel drive system. The gearbox is matched with a 7-speed wet dual clutch gearbox. In addition, the new car will also provide a choice of hybrid models, which are equipped with Kunpeng DHT hybrid.

The overall design of Tiggo 8 PRO is mainly young and fashionable, and the main consumer groups it faces after listing are young people. However, although the car is positioned as a medium-sized SUV, from the overall performance, it is more inclined to a compact SUV. The competition at this level is also fierce, so the new car of Tiggo 8 PRO will undoubtedly face a lot of competitive pressure. How the follow-up performance is still to be tested by the market.

42 airlines announced flight delay compensation standards, and some low-cost airlines did not compensate.

The Civil Aviation Administration of China recently issued a notice on the implementation of the Regulations on Normal Flight Management by domestic airlines and airports. The circular summarizes the general transportation conditions announced by domestic airlines, the service content and compensation scheme after flight delay in the emergency plan for on-board delay.

According to the circular, 42 domestic airlines announced the flight delay compensation standards. For flight delays caused by airlines, most airlines will give the highest 400 yuan economic compensation; The flight delay compensation schemes of Air China, Hainan Airlines and China Southern Airlines are similar. Some airlines bluntly said: "No matter what causes flight delays or cancellations, no economic compensation will be provided."

Passengers with flight delays caused by airline companies receive the highest compensation from 400 yuan.

According to the latest data from the Civil Aviation Administration, the normal flight rate reached 76.46% from January to November 2016, up 9.16 percentage points year-on-year. Among the various factors that constitute flight delays, the weather factor rose from 29.5% in 2015 to 56.8% at present, which has become the main reason affecting the normal flight.

According to the delay compensation standards of 42 airlines recently issued by the Civil Aviation Administration, passengers have to take care of their own accommodation and meals for flight delays caused by "uncontrollable" reasons such as weather and emergencies, and will not be compensated. That is to say, 42 airlines have adopted the general transportation condition of "assisting in the arrangement and not bearing the expenses" for the delay disposal due to non-airline reasons.

In contrast, for flight delays caused by airlines, the disposal methods and compensation standards of airlines are slightly different. The reporter found out that the flight delay compensation standards announced by many airlines such as Air China are basically the same: the delay is more than 4 hours (inclusive) and not more than 8 hours, and each passenger compensates RMB 200 yuan; If the delay is more than 8 hours (inclusive), each passenger shall compensate RMB 400 yuan. Air China said that if the flight is delayed or cancelled at the stop, or the domestic flight is alternated, "whatever the reason, we will provide you with meals or accommodation services."

In terms of flight delay compensation standards, Shenzhen Airlines, Shandong Airlines, Kunming Airlines, Dalian Airlines, Air China Inner Mongolia Company, Chongqing Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Grand China Airlines, Capital Airlines, Tianjin Airlines, Jixiang Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, Chengdu Airlines, Donghai Airlines, Tibet Airlines, Qingdao Airlines, Jiangxi Airlines, etc. also have the highest compensation amount for passengers not exceeding 400 yuan.

China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines set the above standards as the "minimum" standards. According to China Eastern Airlines, if the flight is delayed for more than 8 hours (inclusive), the minimum compensation standard is RMB 400 yuan. In other words, the compensation actually received by passengers may be higher than this figure. Other airlines have increased the compensation gear for delays of 4 hours to 6 hours; Or the amount of compensation will be lowered to 100 yuan.

Some airlines express that flight delays will not be compensated.

For the compensation of flight delay, airlines such as China United Airlines, Changan Airlines, Western Airlines, Urumqi Airlines, Jiuyuan Airlines, Spring Airlines, Guilin Airlines, Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines, etc. said that no matter what causes flight delay or cancellation, they will not provide economic compensation.

The reporter noted that more than half of the airlines without economic compensation are low-cost airlines. "Based on the differences in business models, it is difficult for low-cost airlines to provide economic compensation to passengers when flights are delayed. Like the terms of not providing meals, this information will be clearly publicized on the ticket purchase page of official website or the cooperative website. " A person in charge of Spring Airlines said.

Not making economic compensation for flight delays does not mean lowering the service level. Due to the delay or cancellation of flights due to airline reasons, Changan Airlines said that it will provide free return and change services, meals and accommodation services and assist passengers to complete the follow-up itinerary; Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines also said that it can provide services such as meals and accommodation to passengers; Jiuyuan Airlines promised to inform passengers of the delay or cancellation information in time; Spring Airlines also said that it will provide passengers with follow-up refund and change service in time, whether it is free or not, and how to charge depends on the type of ticket purchased by passengers.

An emergency plan should be announced for flight delays.

Passengers are not allowed to disrupt facilities and order.

Major airlines also make regulations on information announcement, catering service provision time, disembarkation conditions and restrictions. At the same time, the Notice also disclosed the websites, complaint telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of major airlines.

The Regulations on the Normal Administration of Flights clearly stipulates that the carrier shall formulate and announce the emergency plan for delay to the public after the on-board delay occurs. If the delay on board exceeds 2 hours (inclusive), the carrier shall provide drinking water and food for the passengers on board; If it takes more than 3 hours (inclusive) and there is no clear departure time, passengers should be arranged to get off the plane and wait without violating aviation safety and security regulations. During this period, the normal use of toilet equipment should be guaranteed. During the large-scale flight delay at night, the airport management agency should coordinate the relevant units to extend the airport bus operation time.

In addition, the "Regulations" clarify that passengers should take the opportunity in a civilized manner and legally safeguard their rights, and must not engage in acts that disrupt the production order of civil aviation transportation, such as destroying facilities and equipment, otherwise they will be dealt with by the public security organs according to law.

Aviation delay insurance can be purchased to prevent loss.

After the airline’s flight delay compensation policy is revised, in what way can passengers prevent the financial loss caused by flight delay in the future? Some insiders suggest that passengers can purchase flight delay insurance by themselves. Flight delay insurance is an additional service of aviation, with a wide range of compensation. Usually, insurance products will also set a step-by-step payment standard according to the length of delay.

In addition, you can also get compensation by swiping a credit card with the function of air delay insurance to purchase air tickets. Comprehensive photo courtesy of Xinhua News Agency such as Yangguang
