  China news agency, Beijing, November 13 (Reporter Pang Wuji) On the 13th, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China announced the list of the third batch of illegal real estate development enterprises and intermediaries investigated and dealt with by local special actions. Twenty-four developers or intermediaries such as Beijing Meianju Xinye Technology Co., Ltd., Knight Frank Real Estate Agency (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Tianshan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. were named.

  According to the deployment, from the beginning of July to the end of December, 2018, seven ministries and commissions, including the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China, launched a special campaign to control the chaos in the real estate market in 30 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Wuxi. The key points of rectification include speculative real estate speculation, real estate "black intermediary", illegal real estate development enterprises and false real estate advertisements.

  The list of illegal enterprises investigated and dealt with was published in batches. The first batch of 20 illegal enterprises announced include Guangzhou Fangtianxia Real Estate Agency Co., Ltd., Poly (Changsha) West Coast Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Xi ‘an Wheat Field Real Estate Agency Co., Ltd.. According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, these enterprises’ illegal behaviors involved price gouging, "black intermediary", property hoarding, unapproved sales and false propaganda.

  The second batch of 20 illegal intermediaries was announced in September, and Beijing Weiye United Real Estate Consultant Co., Ltd. and Greenland Real Estate Group Xuzhou Xincheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. were named.
